As part of Seachtain na Gaeilge & our PE Curriculum we have been learning and practicing Irish dancing.
This is a great opportunity to integrate the strand of Dance into our planning. Over the last few weeks we have worked on the following dances:
☘️Shoe The Donkey
☘️ Waltz
☘️The Jive
☘️Walls of Limerick
☘️The Paul Jones
All pupils put in great efforts and it all came together at our annual ceilí in the parish hall on March 14th.
Our talented Irish dancers entertained us aswell with some reels & jigs !
