On Tuesday the 14th of February we celebrated Valentine’s Day. In the morning we took a walk down to the village to look at the love hearts sign. The children were really busy last week and this week creating some fabulous Valentine’s art for their parents, grandparents and siblings. They were very excited to give these Valentine crafts to their loved ones.
The children enjoyed learning about the story of St. Valentine also. There were plenty Valentine owls, bees and love hearts floating around our classroom all week…with messages such as ‘Hoo loves you’ ‘Owl always love you’ ‘Bee Mine’ and ‘I love you to pieces’
