With all the hustle and bustle of St. Patrick’s Day we could not forget our very special mothers and grandmothers in the Junior Room. Mother’s Day was celebrated on Sunday the 19th of March. The children carefully painted flowers with their finger tips to create some beautiful bookmarks for their loved ones.
We then made Mother’s Day cards for all the ‘Mama Bears’ in the classroom. The Junior and Senior infants each signed their name to their cards to add their own personal touch to the card to show their Mother’s how loved they are. We hope all the mothers and grandmothers were spoilt rotten at the weekend!!
