This year, the Men’s World Cup begins on the 20th of November 2022 in Qatar. The teams who will be playing against each other are Ecuador and Qatar, shortly followed by England and Iran the following day. The games run until the 18th of December 2022.
This year, the tournament is being played in November and December because Qatar is a very hot country, reaching temperatures of 45 degrees! This means that it would be dangerous for the players to play the games in the summer, when the World Cup normally takes place.
